The rubber pole can be bent when it is crashed
It helps to decrease an injury which occur from impact.
Example of How to Install
1. Use Electric Jackhammer to cut concrete, size 35 x 35 cm. depth 95 cm. or use coring drill at least size 10" (25 cm.)
2. Remove soil and sand inside to clear the space for Lifter.
3. Put small stones at the bottom of the hole, beneath Lifter. Rain can be flew through the drainage of the bollard.
4. Put Lifter in and check if it is straight or not. Lift the rubber part up to make sure it is not tilted. (should adjust Lifter while the mortar is not in set.)
5. Put sand or soil, then lock Lifter with 25 cm. concrete. (See a drawing.)
