Saving Space and Time
Pull up Lifter manually when using as barrier, and put it down for opening the space. Therefore no need to take it out and find a space to store.

Example of How to Install
1. Use Electric Jackhammer to cut concrete, size 50 x 50 cm. depth 1 m. or use coring drill at least size 18" (45 cm.)
2. Remove soil and sand inside to clear the space for Lifter.
3. Put small stones at the bottom of the hole, beneath Lifter. Rain can be flew through the drainage of the bollard.
4. Put Lifter in and check if it is straight or not. Lift the stainless part up to make sure it is not tilted. (should adjust Lifter while the mortar is not in set.)
5. Put sand or soil, then lock Lifter with 30 cm. concrete. (See a drawing.)
